Bram Connolly is the host of the WarriorU Podcast and the Managing Director and founder of Hindsight Leadership and Resilience, a company that seeks to develop the best leaders across varied industries. Bram completed 20 years in the Australian Defence Force, 15 years within the Australian Special Operations Command. He was a founding member of the modern Australian Commando Capability and his career deployments include Somalia, Timor twice and Afghanistan twice.
Bram was also a founding member of the East Coast Tactical Assault Group which was raised in response to the events of September 11. Bram was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal for leadership in combat not long before retiring from full time duty in 2012 as a Major. His focus now is on helping others to understand the intricate and very grey nature of leadership.
