can’t wait. I know who’s going to be there. And I know what’s getting talked about. So I’m excited to. But you know, we’re talking about this a little bit. And, you know, there is a lot of like change in the coaching marketplace, we’re seeing some things happening, we’re we’re noticing that there are coaches out there who maybe aren’t having the best experience with their cash flow and their business growth and their impact. So what I’m seeing happening right now, in the coaching marketplace,

I’m seeing a couple of different things happening. Number one, I’m seeing coaches, and I just want to be clear here, the people that are in my world, and the people that I work with are really, really expert at what they do. So you know, they’re they have a great knowledge base. And it’s not necessarily crossing over to the amount of money that they’re making in their business. So they’re having trouble maybe getting the lead flow that they’re looking for, or having the profitability they’re looking for, or being able to package their offers in a way that brings in the money that they’re looking for, even though they get really amazing results with their clients. And some of those people are, well, they’re all getting frustrated. And some of them are having that feeling like is this really lighting me on fire? You know, I’m really I’ve been trying for such a long time do I want to kind of keep doing this. So that’s sort of one group of people that aren’t seeing. And the other group of people that I’m seeing are doing? Well, they’re doing, you know, in some cases more than okay, but they’re not fully leaning into what they’re capable of. And I think and I know that you’re like this too, we can see the potential in people, sometimes I feel like more than they can and I look and go, Oh, my goodness, you’re sitting on an absolute goldmine here. You know, so, I love to work with these people and really draw that genius out of them so that they can go forward and make more money. Yeah.

Do you think that that’s a bit of maybe that upper limit is happening? Is it the complacency? Is that the comfort zone of I’m I’ve got this figured out, I don’t really want to have to figure a new thing out, like what do you think is more a little bit of that, like when you’re not leaning into it?

There’s so much one of them is that you know, it’s human nature to go, you know, I’m comfortable, I don’t want to rock the boat. The problem with that is that when you stay, what I would call where you think is going to be stable, it does have a downward turn to it. So it’s a bit of a risky place to play safe. I think that there’s definitely that upper limit, whether it’s a money block, some sort of mindset block, a fear of not stepping it out in a way and saying and really owning who they are and saying, you know, this is who I am. I’m the best in the industry. Because there’s that feeling of, you know, being canceled of you know, being shamed, having people that you know, are in your industry even saying no You think you’re all that. So there’s a lot, a lot of that in there, there can be just a non understanding of what it is that needs to be done next to scale. Because having an expertise and having an expertise in business are two completely separate things. And a lot of people think they’re the same, but they’re not. You might be a really amazing coach, but not understand business principles. And that’s okay, just understand that they’re two separate things.

Well said. So I know having talked to you a little bit about this, behind the scenes, that there is an untapped opportunity for coaches right now. That would, if they really leaned into it, if they really tapped this opportunity, not only would they stand out in their marketplace, but they would actually be making that impact, that deep inside, they crave, like they just they’re on this planet to make a bigger impact. And we’d like some better income as well. What is the untapped opportunities see,

and I just wanted to cover on that a little bit more coaches or coaches because they really care. Like they’ve just got such a big heart. That’s why they coaches in the first place. So to be able to make a big impact and know that we can reach more people is the fuel for most coaches, because that’s, that’s the driver, we, you know, we all know, we’re here to make that impact. I think there’s four main drivers. The first is that you need to be able to ignite fascination and conversation with your brand. And that’s really about having your messaging, right. It’s about knowing who you’re speaking to. It’s about being genuine and authentic, so that people understand your point of difference, and really leaning fully into who you are. So energetically, you’re attracting the right people, says the first piece. The second piece is that we need to enroll our perfect clients. And we need to enroll them with irresistible offers. So it’s about putting our offers together in a way they have people going, I have to have that. So we’ve got to ignite in role. And then we need to fulfill, we need to fulfill with efficiency, and we need to fulfill in a way that exceeds our client’s expectations. Because I think that that is a huge opportunity in the market. Because there’s been some, I think there’s been a changing of the guard in the coaching industry in the last few years. And this is where we can really step into who we are. And the fourth piece is that we need to scale we need to scale our people, our processes, and our profits. And when we can scale those three things, that’s when we’re able to really take your business to the next level. Okay,

so I’m excited. This is sort of speaking to who I am as a coach, this is speaking to what I believe in every fiber of my being, every fiber of my being. And I know that when we kind of like we tap into this like, it’s just like, it’s like creates this contagious magnetic energy that pulls people in. So Sam, you’re hosting the profitable coach Summit. I’ve put these together, because I feel like there was a big gap in the way summits were being run. I saw a lot of bro marketer type of summits that were very high P and very salesy and very, you know, that masculine energy, and that works for some people, but it doesn’t work for a lot of other people. And then on the other side, I was seeing summits that were very fluffy. And you know, there was great conversations, but there wasn’t really that actionable. Next step, this is what you need to do to grow your business. And that’s so important. So what I’ve done is created a summit that has brought speakers in that really understand and speak to the energetic principles, the spiritual principles that we need to create a holistic business, but with these really smart and savvy, actionable business, foundational principles, and bringing it all together, because our business is an holistic entity. And so we need to have all of these things and I have brought some amazing speakers in just like you, Melanie, that really bring that full depth of conversation with those business foundational aspects.
