Welcome to Episode 408 of Influence By Design, I’m super thrilled that you’re joining me for day one of our 30 in 30, where we’re going to be releasing an episode every day for this entire month. So for the next 30 days, we’re focusing on the theme of stepping into your power, being the unapologetic leader in your industry, so you can build your elegant empire. So what does all of that mean?

Well, today, we’re gonna unpack this for you. So let’s just dive in.

Now, I’m really passionate about helping people to grow wildly profitable businesses that they love for two reasons. Number one, when you’ve got a business that’s wildly profitable, you’ve got choice. And choice is freedom, the freedom to spend your money and your time however you want. And that is so important to all of us. And second, when you’re doing what you’d love, you’ll be happy. And that joy will overflow to your partner, your children, your friends and your family. And that’s exactly what is needed right now. People who are happy and loving their life, because this will literally change the world. So let’s break this topic, or this theme down.

First, let’s talk about being the unapologetic leader. What is unapologetic? And why do you want to be unapologetic in your leadership? Being unapologetic is all about not having regrets in what you believe in what you stand for. And the way you show up. It’s really about owning who you are and showing up as your full authentic self, not a diluted version of you. So really embracing your quirkiness, your bowl beliefs and not being ashamed of who you are. Have you ever had a moment where you put a piece of marketing together because you saw someone else do it and it looked like a great idea. But when you hit Enter, it just didn’t feel right. Now I’m not talking about the times when it doesn’t feel right, because it’s new. I’m talking about the times when it doesn’t feel like it’s fully you. Maybe it wasn’t the way you’d normally articulate your topic. Or maybe you shared something on social media that you knew was really great content and could have been helpful to the right people, but you let yourself be swayed or silenced by the opinions of others. So I really want you to be unapologetic and step into your full power and show up as a leader to the people who are ready and waiting for you.

Now the second thing I want to talk about is why it’s important to be known as the leader in your industry. Well this is all about positioning. If you’re positioned as the go to leader in your industry, you’ll automatically attract more leads more clients and you’ll be able to charge higher prices. The outcome of your business bringing in more money is that you’ll be able to bring on more team you’ll be able to spend more time working on the business rather than being in the weeds. And most importantly you’ll have choice when you have you noticed a theme here yet the choice to spend your time where you want to spend it and how you want to be living your life.

Thirdly, I’m going to be talking about building your elegant empire. Now what exactly does elegant Empire mean? I really love the word elegant. It brings to mind stylish brands which are Lux and expensive brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Tiffany. These brands aren’t over the top with frills and flounces not just in their clothing, because obviously I’ve chosen some clothing brands there. But in their branding as well. What makes these brands standout is exclusivity. It’s high quality, and most importantly simplicity. Elegant is simple. And building and growing your business through the lens of elegance will really ensure that you stand out and attract your champagne clients, the people that you want to be working with. When you’re thinking about deliverables. When you’re thinking about the operations. Think about how can you simplify what you’re doing now to take your business to multiple seven feet because you don’t need to add the complexity of multiple programs and offers, you only need to focus on creating a premium signature program. The same with your branding, you don’t need to be adding all these things at the the most beautiful brands are simple.

So just to go back and cover those, I did just quickly talk about unapologetic, and what that means to you. I talked about what unapologetic means and what it means to me. I talked about why you want to be known as the leader in your industry. And thirdly, I talked about building your elegant empire.
